CREATIVE BRAIN® is a strong proponent for cutting-edge education and classrooms. Believing strongly in multi-sensory, interactive and multi-disciplinary education, the organization has adopted a view of instructors as "Facilitators of Learning" rather than "Teachers" in a narrow traditional sense. The reason being that "Teaching" in a traditional sense seems to focus on the "act of teaching" or the "act of imparting knowledge," while "Facilitators of Learning" seems to highlight the "process of learning", "the process of acquiring knowledge", or the "process of exploration" as the focal point of the education experience. With this focus students are made more responsible for their education, for actively participating in the learning, thinking and exploration process.
