Creative Brain® FotoExplorer is an introduction to photography geared towards elementary school children. Photography is explored as an art form and as a way for young students to digitally capture their experience of the world for posterity. Young children see the world from a very unique vantage point. Visual arts and painting help them express their experiences and creative talents. Digital photography goes a few steps beyond that and provides young children with a very unique medium to capture their experiences and express their creativity. Participants learn about camera basics and fundamentals of photography, and are coached in applying photography as journalism and art.

Cameras and computer equipment will be provided.
